Description	Deutsch: Der Katzenbuckelsee südöstlich unterhalb des Gipfels des Katzenbuckels (Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis) ist ein ehemaliger Steinbruch, der einen interessanten Einblick in die Geologie des Berges erlaubt. Ansicht vom Südostufer mit Blick nach West-Nordwesten. Der See gehört wie der gesamte Katzenbuckel-Gipfel zum Landschaftsschutzgebiet Winterhauch-Katzenbuckel (LSG Nr. 2.25.008, WDPA-ID 325910) sowie zum östlichen Teil des FFH-Gebiets Odenwald Eberbach (Schutzgebiets-Nr. 6520341, WDPA-ID 555521579). Der See selbst ist zudem als geschütztes Biotop See Michelsberg-Steinbruch NW Waldkatzenbach (Biotop-Nr. 265202254186) erfasst. English: Waldbrunn, Germany: the Katzenbuckelsee south-east of the peak of the Katzenbuckel mountain is a former quary which gives interesting insights into the geology of the Katzenbuckel.
