Description
English: Steam winding engine, Haig Colliery This is the smaller Bever, Dorling engine, built 1916. 30" x 5' with a 14' drum. Stopped 1986. Now preserved and workable by compressed air. Several of my colleagues have driven this on compressed air (don't think I have).
