Deutsch: Führung in den Stollenanlagen am Oberen Stephansberg. Im darüberliegenden Keller war das Bierlager eines Brauers, der das Bier im Sommer mit Eis runterkühlte. Das Schmelzwasser wurde gesammelt (siehe Öffnung in der Wand) und in diesen Raum geleitet (siehe alte Wasserlinien im unteren Viertel der Wand) um es zum Brauen zu nutzen. Bem.: Sauberes Trinkwasser war im Mittelalter Mangelware. |
